min&ral joaillerie offers a resizing service for your rings.
The cost of resizing is at the customer's expense.
This amount includes :
- Les frais de service : 18€
- Plus delivery charges (round trip): €13.80
Once the service has been ordered, you will receive your return label. As soon as we receive your ring, we will resize it and send it back to you as soon as possible.
We will keep you informed about the repair of your product and remain at your disposal.

Returns
Each user of the site has a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of his or her package to return one or more items, at his or her own expense and risk. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended until midnight on the first working day thereafter.
