I. Account and password

How do I create my account ?

On the top right hand side on the homepage, click on “My account” then “Register”.
Fill in the form and click on “Register”. That’s it, your account is now created! You will receive a confirmation mail.

I have lost my password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link « Lost your password? ». You will receive an email with a link in it, click and follow the instructions to recover your password.

How do I modify my personal information ?

You can change your personal information any time by logging-in to your account and clicking on “My personal information” in the menu bar on the left hand side.

How are shipped the products ?

Colissimo and Chronopost are in charge of delivering. You will have to sign when the product is received.

How long it will take ?

Colissimo France : 2-5 businesses days
Chronopost France : 1-2 businesses days

What are the costs ?

Colissimo France : 6,95€ and free shipping from 200€
Chronopost France : 15€ and free shipping from450€

How can I track my package ?

We will send you an email with a package number and a direct link towards the Laposte website where you can track it.
How can I modify my shipping address ?

IV. Refund

What are the conditions for a refund ?

To ask for a refund, you have 14 days from the reception to return the products and ask for a refund. To be accepted, the jewel has to be unworn and has to be sent back in its original package.
We have 30 days maximum to refund you.

How can I return a product ?

Log in to your account and click in the link « return » then fill in the form. We will handle your request by sending you a return label or asking you more details (informations, images…)
