The following general conditions aim at defining the legal framework that will apply in the relations between :

They have for object to define the rights and the reciprocal obligations of both parts in the various stages of order of one or several articles.
Any person registering on the site will have to adhere to these general conditions of sale and thus accept them without reserve.
The present conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties.
If any condition is missing, it will be considered as being governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector.
If a particular stipulation of the present conditions is held to be invalid or declared as such by a decision having the authority of res judicata of a competent jurisdiction (change of legislation, regulation, court decision), the other stipulations would keep all their force and their range.

The items displayed on the site are only offered for sale to non-trading individuals.
Any user of the site declares to have the legal capacity to place an order on the site and to use a credit card.
Mineral joaillerie sells the products present on its website only to final consumers. Any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent order will be considered by Mineral joaillerie as null and void. Mineral joaillerie reserves the right to limit the quantity of items delivered to a single buyer or a single mailing address. ARTICLE 2: ORDER
Any order implies an obligation of payment.
The orders are exclusively received on the Internet after acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. To place an order on the site www.mineraljoaillerie.com, you can be registered or not. During this registration, you will be given a login and a password.
All orders are subject to prior acceptance by Mineral joaillerie and are only definitively confirmed after the customer has received an e-mail confirming the shipment of the item(s).
The data related to the orders are kept on computer supports. They are considered as proof of the contractual relations between the parties in the same way as any document established, received or kept in writing.
ARTICLE 3: PAYEMENT
Any order implies an obligation to pay by credit card, Paylib, Paypal or Alma.
On the website www.mineraljaoillerie.com, the payment of the purchases is carried out with the order either by bank card, Paylib or Paypal or in 2 or 3 times without expenses with Alma.
For the payment by credit card / Paypal, we proceed to the debit of your credit card at the time of the order.
The payments by Paypal are also cashed at the order.
The secure payment by credit card is done via the platform Sogecommerce by Société Générale guaranteeing a perfect security of payment.
The payment in 2 or 3 times without expenses with Alma is valid on a minimum amount of 200€. The buyer will be charged the same amount over 2 or 3 consecutive months depending on the option chosen.
3D Secure Program
To reinforce the security of the transactions, Mineral joaillerie has set up the 3D Secure program.
It is a program created by the international issuers Visa (Verified By Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard Secure Code) in order to reinforce the security of online payments. It is based on the implementation of an additional control during an online purchase: in addition to the banking data, the buyer is invited to enter a personal data allowing his bank to identify him and to validate the transaction.
The authentication methods are specific to each bank. If a cardholder does not have an authentication code, he/she should contact his/her bank.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order) excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. The delivery costs are indicated before the validation of the order.
The orders made from England, Switzerland and the Dom Tom will be exempt from French VAT (20%). The calculation is done automatically in the ordering process as soon as the billing and delivery address is entered.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros. The mineraljoaillerie.com site reserves the right to modify its prices but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY AND RECEPTION
How are the items delivered?
The delivery of the parcels is carried out by the Post office in “Colissimo followed” with signature with the choice. This digital signature and its reproduction are proof of delivery of the package.
It allows you to choose freely the place where you want to be delivered:
To the address of your choice (home, office…).
In the post office of your choice among the 10 000 existing ones.
At one of the many retailers in the Post Office’s partner network.
The different delivery options are proposed to you when you finalize your order basket.
For Colissimo parcels delivered to the address of your choice, if the recipient of the parcel is absent at the designated address, a notice of passage and pending of the parcel is left in the mailbox of the recipient. This notice indicates the address of the post office or relay point where the recipient will be able to collect the parcel. Any parcel thus put in waiting is given to the recipient or to his proxy, duly authorized for this purpose on presentation of an identity document and against signature. The duration of the pending of the parcel is of 15 consecutive days as from the day after the deposit of the notice of pending.
In the event of errors or imprecisions in the wording of the coordinates of the purchaser or of delivery in company, Minera joaillerie could not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

As soon as your order sent, the Post Office undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the delivery of the items or the first notice of passage of the items entrusted to it. Delivery times should not exceed one month.
Some products (especially jewelry) are on order with the supplier and indicated as such in the product sheet. A delivery time will be indicated in the basket. The waiting period should not exceed 8 weeks.
At the time of shipment of the package, the buyer will receive an email confirming the shipment of his package, with a tracking number on the site www.laposte.fr for Colissimo.
For other countries, outside the EU:
Deliveries are made with FedEx. Delivery times range from 1 to 10 working days depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination.

We strongly recommend that if the original packaging is damaged, torn or open at the time of delivery, you check the condition of the items in the presence of the delivery person and immediately make reservations on the delivery note, or even refuse the package.
We strongly recommend that you systematically check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier, in order to verify the condition of the items, even if your package does not show any signs of deterioration. If they have been damaged or stolen, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged).
To obtain a refund, the buyer must inform us of any problem by sending us a message via the “Contact” section. He will have to state in a detailed way the problem noted (for example: damaged parcel, already opened…). The buyer may be asked to provide a photo of the damage by mail.
In case of non-delivery of the parcel by the Post Office, the buyer will have to inform via the ” Contact “. We will then open an investigation with the services concerned. An e-mail indicating that an investigation is opened will be sent to you. The final response time of the Post Office varies from 4 to 6 weeks. If the package is found, it will be sent to the customer according to the usual procedure. If the package is declared lost and there is no stock available to ensure a second shipment, the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 6: RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Returns are at the customer’s expense. After payment of the return costs we will send you the corresponding label.
All returns will be refunded according to your payment method. Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of your return.
If you have made a purchase with a promotional code, it cannot be used again in case of return, even if you wish to take back the same product.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L121 and following of the Consumer Code, each user of the site has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of his package to return one or more items, at his expense and risk, without having to justify the reason.
In case of payment with a credit (e-gift card), the return will generate a credit of this credit. Refunds are incompatible with this method of payment. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We also offer a resizing service at the buyer’s expense.
ARTICLE 7: GUARANTEES
Within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, mineral joaillerie undertakes, at the Purchaser’s option, to either

- Or to refund the price of the product if the replacement of a product proves impossible.
