The repair costs  are the responsibility of the customer: 15 euros.

Once the service has been ordered, we will repair your product. Once the product has been received and returned to repair, we will send it back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L121 et seq. of the Consumer Code, each user of the site has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of their package to return one or more items, at their own expense and risk, without have to justify the reason. If the expiration of the deadline comes to an end on a Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, the deadline is extended until the first following working day at midnight.
