min&ral joaillerie offers a transformation service for your talismans.
Transformation and shipping costs are at the customer’s expense:
- 95€ processing fee
- 13.80€ delivery charge
Once the service has been ordered, we’ll send you a return label enabling you to send us your product. On receipt of your shipment, we will proceed with the processing of your product, which may take several weeks. Once your product has been repaired, we’ll send it back to you as soon as possible.

Returns
Each user has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of his package to return one or more items, at his expense and risk. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day at midnight.
