Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Color change fee: 15 euros
- Return freight: 13.80 euros
Once the service has been ordered, we’ll e-mail you the return label to stick on your parcel to return the product to us. Once we’ve received the product and processed your request, we’ll send it back to you as soon as possible.
min&ral replaces damaged cords free of charge for the life of your bracelet.

Returns
Each user has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of his package to return one or more items, at his expense and risk. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day at midnight.
