The cost of the resizing service is the responsibility of the customer.
This amount includes the service fee as well as the delivery fee.
Once the service is ordered, you will receive your return label. Upon receipt of the label, we will resize your product and send it back to you as soon as possible.
We will keep you informed about the repair of your product and remain at your disposal.

Returns
Each user has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of his package to return one or more items, at his expense and risk. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day at midnight.
