min&ral joaillerie will replace damaged cords free of charge for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

After this period, repair costs (€15) and transport costs (€13.80) will be charged to the customer.

Once the service has been ordered, we will email you the returns label to stick on your parcel to return the product to us. Once the product has been received and refurbished, we will send it back to you as soon as possible.
