I. Account and password

How do I create my account ?

If you wish to create an account, you just need to register on the www.mineraljoaillerie.com site on the “my account” rubric on the welcome page.

Then, you need to fill in different personal information under “Register” and click on “Register”.

A confirmation email will be directly sent to you on the mail address that you fill in.

During this inscripton, you will attribute yourself an ID and password.

If you try to register and a error message says that your IDs have already been used, it is because your email address has already been used to create an account on mineraljoaillerie.

I have lost my password

If you have forgotten the password associated to this email address, click on the link « Lost your password? », you will immediately receive an email with a password reinitialization link. Click on the link and follow the instructions.

I wish to modify my personal data (information, IDs)

If you wish to modify your personal data, you just have to click on the “My account” rubric and modify your data in the corresponding fields. Then click on “Register the changes” to register your modifications.


II. Payment

Which payment methods are accepted ?

Every bought article on the www.mineraljoaillerie.com site can be payed by credit Card or the PayPal service.

Are accepted the cards having the “CB” sign and / or wearing the brand VISA or EuroCard or MasterCard, accepted in France.

In case of a credit card payment, the flow is effected during the order validation, after the validation of the bank in which you are.

Are the payments safe?

We use the Payline payment system which is 100% secured.

To reinforce the transaction’s safety, www.mineraljoaillerie.com put in place the 3D secure program.

It is a program created by international issuers Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard Secure Code) with the goal to reinforce the online safety payments. It stands on the implementation of a supplementary control during the online buying: in complement of bank data, the buyer is invited to put a personal data allowing its bank to identity him and validate the operation.

III. Delivery

How are the products delivered?

The packages delivery is carried out by la Poste in “Colissimo following” or “Chronopost”, under the received signature or any person specially mandated. This numerised signature as well as its reproduction demonstrate the package delivery.

Following the sanitary crisis of the Covid19, the home delivery renew itself in order to limit contacts. From September 22th 2020, the home Colissimo delivery, with signature, change:

– Before the delivery, the receiver receive an notification with a 6 numbers code (digitally and QR code)

– During the delivery, the deliver put the package in front of the destinatary by respecting the safety moves.

– The delivery person flash the QR code, present on the notification or manually write it*

– The code validity generates a digital signature.

– The receiver can recuperate its package.

What are the delivery delays in France?

For Colissimo: 2 to 5 businesses days
For Chronopost: 1 to 2 businesses days

What are the delivery costs in France?

For Colissimo: free delivery in France and in Europe
For Chronopost: 15€ and free delivery from 450€

How can I track my order ?

To follow the order delivery, we will send you an email with your follow-up number and direct link to La Poste to follow your order.

How to modify the delivery address?

If you wish to modify or add a delivery address for your order, you just have to modify it or add a new by clicking on the “My Account” rubric.

What can I do if I have a problem during the order delivery?

IV. Refund

What are the refund conditions?

Our priority is to satisfy yourself. You have the inconditional right to retract yourself within (14) fourteen calendar days, after the receiving of your order invoice.

Please notify that the delivered products cannot be used. If you wish to put in place your retraction right and cancel the sale’s contract, min&ral joaillerie will reimburse you the spend money, expected for the sending fees, which stay at your charge, and under the condition that the products have not been wear neither harmed, and send back in their original case, otherwise, it will be send back to you. The reimbursing will be done in one month delay from the product reception.

How to make a return? 

To make a return, log in to your client account and click on the « Return » rubric. Then fill in the contact form by providing the asked elements. We will handle your request either by directly sending you your return label or by asking you more information.
